These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding legal agreement between you and Shortlethub that govern your right to use the websites, applications, and other offerings from Shortlethub.
✅REFUNDABLE CAUTION MUST BE PAID BEFORE CHECKIN
✅CAUTION FEE IS REFUNDABLE 1 to 3 WORKING DAYS AFTER CHECKOUT. WE WILL DO OUR CHECKS AND REVERT TO APARTMENT USAGE.
✅Check-in time:2/3pm
✅Check-out time: 12 pm.
✅Check out late: 50% payment by 3 pm 100% payment by 6 pm
✅Keys should be dropped at the front desk anytime the guest is checking out ( FINE for loss key applies)
✅Guest will be required to pay or replace anything damaged in the apartment.
✅Renewal of booking while at the apartment is based on availability, we, therefore, suggest outright payment or prior notification at least two days before the extension.
✅A Valid ID is required (Drivers license, International Passport, PVC) before check-in
✅NO SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT(Residential Apartment)
✅NO PARTIES ALLOWED(Residential Apartment)
✅PETS/ANIMALS NOT ALLOWED.
✅NO EXCESSIVE NOISE(Residential Apartment)
✅NO EXPLOSIVE or FIREARM
✅NO DIABOLICAL OR CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES ALLOWED
CANCELLATION POLICY
✅Full refund will be made for cancellations within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
✅A 50% refund will be made for cancellations made at least 7 days before the check-in date.
✅No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date, apartment credit only
✅Early checkout:
No Refund for early checkout.
✅Change of date
Clients can move booking by one week with prior notice of at least 4 weeks before check-in.
✅Refunds are done within 5/7 working days.
